Oregon statutes tend to convey that it is illegal to "knowingly" and "intentionally" engage in fraud, and especially by those that know the laws (and are bound to them) who could not claim ignorance.

It is definitely a unique angle.Just a few thoughts:-I believe the article is providing some pretty loose interpretations on some of the key terms; residential use, actual use, transient accommodation, and transient vacation unit.

Montego,The "legal description" clause of a generic real estate purchase and sale agreement normally defines a bunch of metes and bounds surveying jargon that you can get off the preliminary title report, while the "subject property" clause states the property address and includes a cursory description of the land and improvements.

If I'm not mistaken counties are bound by state law to limit assessment increases to no more than 30% in 3 years.

I get home from work and the jobs not done. they didn't put the trim on (they claim the other contractors took it and that since it was expensive they wouldn't be able to get more) the sink was loose and shaking around, the shower door was hung inside out (yes, there are stickers that clearly day how it's supposed to sit) and over all it's just not a good job.
