With trains set to run every 15 min or so the double track will drastically reduce the average trip/delay times to Chicago from the current 1 hr & 40 min.

Also, any other nearby towns on the train line, no longer than 40 min commute to NYC, I can consider?

There's got to be something that you can offer in exchange for some training--even if it's detailing the investor's car!

I'm assuming that you are looking for a undergrad degree, and if I were in your shoes, I'd focus on something more general that flexed your analytical/ problem solving muscles more than trained you to do something specific.

I'd get my kids involved because those damn spoiled brat's need some humility training (lol, kinda kidding, there great kids, but rather spoiled). 

I generally use it in markets we are going into to train and vet people that we are looking to send leads too or just partner with on deals in certain areas.  

It takes two years to train a service animal.
