Whether it’s as a broker, contractor, investor, etc....

Not a rule/reg, but I would wonder whether the repairs/rebuilds from the fires still have contractors in Ventura tied up. 

I was curious if it was possible to hold a realtor license as well as a mortgage loan officer originator license in NJ.

So please if there is a #contractor, #real #estate #attorney or #architect that understands #permitting in #DC please respond.We have a property in Southeast Washington DC, that was originally a Duplex and it was converted to one big 5 bed 3 bath unit by the owner.

Current revenue streams:1)W2 Job- Licensed Insurance agent for Property & Casualty and Life2) Amazon FBA/Ebay selling3) Window Cleaning Biz- Have two clients so not much revenue coming from thisI have been really procrastinating on doing my notary class.

If a person has enough money to buy a property to flip but has no reliable contractors and no knowledge of costs or quality of materials, the first flip experience could turn into a nightmare. 

This is the least defensible method since you’re not a licensed appraiser, but if you have data to back it up it works.

I am not a licensed servicer/debt collector and would almost certainly mess something up if I attempted on my own the first time.  :-)Lastly, what other questions should I be asking or what other input would the BP crowd offer for this situation?

I have found a contractor who can do the repair and the contractor wants to come see the roof tomorrow.
