Paint (walls, ceilings, no woodwork), flooring (LVP or refinish HW, usually not carpet), light fixtures, blinds, hardware, frostproof exterior water spigots, minor landscaping,... it adds up: $15/SF2.)

Many homeowners and landlords alike have converted their traditional lawns to xeriscape (xeros = dry, -scape => landscape) in recent years, both for environmental and cost savings reasons.  

It should be easy to plan for right now, as landscapers should be pretty slow at the moment.Happy Investing!
