Landscaping in winter

I am considering a fix and flip in the Boise ID market and am being told the yard needs sprinklers fixed and sod. What's the best way to go about doing this when the ground might be frozen or sprinklers shut off for the season?

Hi Bentley,

It really can't be done until spring. At this point, you could include a bid-based "landscape credit" in with the sale as an advertised feature, or a feature you're willing to offer during inspection negotiations if/when the Buyer calls it out.

If you hit market after April, the work can be done at that time. It should be easy to plan for right now, as landscapers should be pretty slow at the moment.

Happy Investing!

Stacy
