The bonds suggest that they will go bankrupt, and the politics are not friendly to landlords or businesses in general.If I moved to Chicago, I would invest in NW Indiana, I think Dallas has a much broader choices to invest over the long term, even if I think that the Dallas market is showing some signs of slowing.

Essentially think that your child/niece/nephew/cousins kid/friends childs landlord said "(insert name) is not paying their rent, I need your help to keep them above board and going right"You said "I will help and keep them on the right path, I will make sure you get paid and things are taken care of, thank you and I am on it I will guarantee payment is handled"Then they said "I don't want them as a tenant and just want them gone"......

I know Sandwich Lease Option deals are not legal in Texas. Is there a comprehensive list of states where this type of transaction is or is not legal?
