After more investigation, it appears to me that if a married filing jointly couple has less than $315,000 of taxable income then all of their Schedule E income would qualify for the 20% deduction for pass through businesses (sole prop, LLCs, etc.). 

I think you're underestimating the sh*t storm of trouble someone under house arrest and suspected of being a drug dealer will be facing with the cops showing up to investigate a threatening and menacing call.  

A few years ago they under went a HUD investigation as a result of a resident lawsuit.  

These were the answers I was looking for and it gives me the ideas I need to start our investigation.

You can't even personally guarantee any loan, so borrowing money must be done just by the IRA by itself.I'm not an expert on Solo 401k's, but that might be something to investigate.

If nobody is investigating, as the owner I would contact the police.
