Many old (Queen Anne, Second Empire, Victorian, Edwardian) buildings around here are still lath-n-plaster finish on the inside (making internal demo and insulating from that side a little messy).

I believe Alabama has just passed some more legislation that makes it harder for Agents to pass on off market deals to buyers.

I'm a Marketing student in Lawrenceville, GA in search for a position to intern or shadow an active REI person who may want an assistant.I have a real estate license but my end goal is to invest in real estate so I'm thinking maybe it's better to jump into learning rei than spending time in an agency.

Which is virtually all it has been to date, as far as I can tell.I don't care to wager the likelihood of his proposal actually seeing the light of day, as I don't believe our legislative branch has even begun to take this on.

I plan to do the obvious, which is look for water damage, major cracks suggesting internal or foundation problems, termites, etc. but would love to hear what others have to say.

If the govt can't institute basic reforms that would clearly benefit the country and provide protection for investors, and at the rate ANY legislation is going...it'd have to be an extremely solid deal with extremely trusted local partners to make it worth considering!

@Niti Palak I know Caliber Home Loans here in Texas/Louisiana has a portfolio product that they hold internally and does not count against your 10 limit.
