Then, will generate architectural plans indicating the demolition of internal partition (One wall), plumbing fixtures and gas lines. 

It really is a pretty simple job it's just splitting the main in the crawl space and reducing to the units, and installing an electronic scanner type meter.  

IT is especially less expensive if your water utility uses the electronic (most of them use rfid tags) meter scanners, because that means it's less likely you will need to dig up and replace or add new pipe.  

@Amanda Dobbs, I have a wire mesh on an electronic thermostat/timer in my personal home.

We've all done this with our electronics, go look at bestbuy and then buy on amazon, why not hvac's?

I don't have a specific count though as we keep that sort of information private unless the individual investor give us permission to do otherwise and we've never asked our internal employees.
