This forum has really become a joke of people peddling their software, realtor services or whatever other garbage rather than interacting on the topics posted...

The problem is that you need to sell lots of stuff, have very little interaction with your customers and most of them will fade away or just continue buying (from others) because they think the next course is what they need to succeed.

I have learned that the more you interact with others on the site, the better experience it is.

But in my experience so far, the people that you interact with on this website are very willing to help.

especially James for the great advice, I didn't realize the great opportunity that real estate has and after reading and interacting to several forums I found that my best fit in this market right now would be wholesaling and rehabbing properties.

You can arrive at any time but from 6:00 - 6:45 PM they'll have a Q&A which is very helpful for newbies and this month there will be no special speaker and the rest of the meeting will be very interactive with a lot of participation (more Q&A, experiences from knowledgeable folks, good stories and bad, information about property valuation, etc.).

I am very excited to have found this site and look forward to interacting with all of you.
