I wouldn’t expect them to maintain it like clearing the food trap or checking the integrity of the seal so perhaps make that part of your routine maintenance to extend the useful life of it.

A local mentor has a higher reason to protect their reputation and integrity when they live in the same location as the mentees. 

The railings are integrated into the stucco and balcony weatherproofing, so it’s not an easy remove & replace project.

There are people with integrity and people without.

I want to be easy for my guests to navigate the website, book a reservation, pay with a credit/debit card, I want to collect money easily, and I want it to integrate well with Hospitable (PMS) and Turno (cleaning schedule tool). 

That is why I recommend even for a self manager to use some sort of software that integrates these functions.   

I use OwnerRez and also setup my own website for direct bookings that integrate with OwnerRez!
