If they ever put a Dillons or Wal Mart out that way things will continue to grow - Bel Aire really didnt have more growth until they put the Dillons at 37th/Woodlawn in the 90s (Of course this was all predicated by the fact the NE Expressway/k96 had went in a short time before)

I'm not sure how old the property is but it's a good idea to see the age of the roof, electrical systems (heating and air conditioning), plumbing and hot water heater.

And I'm talking long term rentals, of course short term and air bnb is a totally different marketing method.

Wait until your accountant comes up for air after 4/15 and talk to him.You cannot avoid taxes by reinvesting into your own residence or by dealing with family.
