Back when i took a class with rich dad poor dad education, they said that finding a good tax guy is crucial to have on your team.they were saying that they pay nothing in taxes, and sometimes even make money back.how do i go about finding a good tax person on my team?

I know there are all types, pure networking, education, and a combination of both.As I am looking to meet all real estate investors, both newbies and pros, can anyone post any networking event that you feel has a lot interpersonal connectivity?

I'm OK if they make an educated decision not to go that route ... what I try to avoid is the seller not fully understanding the structure of the deal.

Lately, I've just been focusing on reading books that can raise my financial and real estate education, as well as working on listening to the BP podcasts from 1 on.

I have learned a lot through my experiences, my education, and my research but I still have plenty to learn.
