But to be specific it was new interior trim throughout, cabinets and concrete counters in kitchen and bakers pantry, light fixtures everywhere but bedrooms, flooring throughout entire house, interior paint, complete bathroom remodels, exterior paint, roof, some flower bed stuff out front.

Does it have the most popular floor plan (like 3/2), if not can you add a bathroom without more slab? 

If you are just squeezing in rooms and bathrooms but everything is tiny I would not do so.

I look at a mobile house with 2 bed 2 full bathrooms and potential for a 3 third bedroom.
