thanks...i called the local police about my options, and they said it was my call--I dont even think they were listening to me...but yeah, I did put a call into my lawyer and he is going to get back to me....for now I just moved there stuff in the basement/storage area---Come to find out with a little research they scammed me pretty good.

Make sure it's limited though so that person doen't stab you in the back and take everything you own, I had friends that had it happen when I was there.Another option, I've never used one so I don't know exactly how it works, but I believe by using a land trust and you being the beneficiary, you could have your lawyer be the trustee and then he/she can, sign the documents for you.

I had a few questions on what I can claim...1- I had to buy a new truck...my car wasnt cutting it and my SUV wasnt big enough either so I got a big truck2-lawyer fees--closings, advice, contracts etc3-insurance on all my properties4- home inspections5- utility bills ie trash water gas electhanks in advance

I had 2 lawyers pumping me full of estates, TONS of realtor's calling me before listing good properties, it was all spoon fed sweetness that I spent 3 years developing.
