Owner financing how-to...

Is there a resource available to learn how to owner finance?

I'm interested in doing so with some of my future deals.

If I understand it correctly, I can pretty much have a loan on a property at, let's say 7%, and owner finance it for $XXXX down and 9%.

Am I off or am I correct? I would imagine there are far more details to it than this.

Please let me know,

Matthew08
