Have you contacted the city/county to make sure you can subdivide and that improvements can be tapped and roads accessed?

I would have expected New Market and Owens Cross Roads to be ranked higher.

Even if they make it up and then some on a higher interest rate, am I still liable to pay this second mortgage say 15 years down the road if I decide to sell?

BUT by being the Trustee the person has no right to anything in the Trust unless that is specifically identified in the Trust. 

Have you closed on your relinquished property and have you identified any nominations for your 1031?

Is that all there is from the building to the road?

Have you been able to get in touch with any owners of properties you have identified?

My thought was to pay off my mortgage normally, save the extra cash I’d have for a later investment, and still refinance the house sometime down the road, get cash out of the property then rent the property out to pay off the new debt I just created from the refinance.

What do experienced investors out there to identify a market that is worth buying property in?
