Wasn't sure if a nice credit/criminal background would make the first lady seem reasonable to rent to.

No, it was actually a raspy old lady saying "NOT A GOOD TIME, LEAVE A MESSAGE" with lots of commotion in the back...hahaI am looking for a guy- according to the white pages, so I'm starting to think the number might not be up to date.I also dug a little deeper and only could find one person through google with the same name.. he was a real estate attorney in AZ (im in MN)

-dated-Roof is 9 years old, gutters looked as old-No AC/Central air, nothing.This lady is moving out of the state and needs to sell her house.  

Really looking for good informative advice because I am one confused young lady trying to figure it out on my own.
