You have an LLC and it has been running like a legitimate business, e.g. you keep separate books in Quickbooks, you have a separate checking and savings account for the LLC, your state and federal filings are in order and taxes are up to date, and the LLC is legal owner of the property.In that instance, the courts might protect the property in the LLC.

That's fine and dandy, and it's not a demotion, it's just your part in that deal.It's important to me that this distinction is made because I have run into instances where people contact me trying to move deals, misleading me into thinking they are moving their own deals, when in fact, they are not.

The area we have targeted is where we grew up- so we know it well, and has better projected revenue for us- the area is growing and alot of commercial investors from NYC are putting money into the community: parks, arts/crafts store fronts, cafes, restaurants.
