You have an LLC and it has been running like a legitimate business, e.g. you keep separate books in Quickbooks, you have a separate checking and savings account for the LLC, your state and federal filings are in order and taxes are up to date, and the LLC is legal owner of the property.In that instance, the courts might protect the property in the LLC.

Why you seem to be getting confused is that you hear different things froom various sources, and they ALL may be correct, in that instance.

That's fine and dandy, and it's not a demotion, it's just your part in that deal.It's important to me that this distinction is made because I have run into instances where people contact me trying to move deals, misleading me into thinking they are moving their own deals, when in fact, they are not.

But how can do some dew diligence on the place. how can i find out how rent is doing or if the city is growing etc.
