I agree with your the rich cannot continue to be taxed excessively but in many cases the rich often have the resources to legally avoid paying many of the taxes that they have levied against them.

I was calling a few local Title companies in my local area of Tomball, TX to find out prices to do a lien search on the sellers properties, as well as asking how much they would charge to record the Option Agreement, and 2 of them told me flat out "No" and a third that I emailed responded that she is "not an attorney and could not answer that question."

Better just to split the listings betewwn your transactions, or you can hava combination of a per centage commission and also a flat fee, you might say 3% on thne A-B and $100 on the B-C, what ever the broker and agent will agree to.
