I am involved with overpaying on a 114 unit apartment project that we are closing on that I should be able to build in 90 days.

This situation also affects two of our neighbors who purchased their homes around the same time.

All of the properties have the same reviews and same issues as my current property.

You can probably find case law supporting both sides for the same topic if you were to go to court.I would consider rooms with a few nail holes in the walls for pictures and such to be normal wear and tear unless your lease specifies otherwise.

Our turnovers (only two so far)  have been 3 days for one and 2.5 weeks (ouch!)
