If that is the case, the closer you get to the coast, the fewer package options you will have.In this insurance market, I'd suggest connecting with an Independent agent.

Very dangerous IMO, as if the seller doesn't leave when agreed, you're now an accidental landlord.

They can be dangerous if installed wrong, which is why we don't let tenants do it themselves. 

Improper venting would probably not  directly cause corrosion, but could cause exhaust gasses to build up in the structure - a very dangerous situation.

There are also fewer STR restrictions in Tampa compared to Orlando. 

This will be tough as a referral agent because there are fewer sellers than buyers right now, and you'll need to again be active in the community. 

Overall, you wind up with less capitol expenses though since you have more rooms rented and fewer roofs/plumbing systems/etc.

At least in the warmer climates, they are quicker turnaround, durable, slick, different, and cheaper to make than the wood-framed houses with fewer people involved.
