@James C Toland-Yeh Hard money lenders would need the followingAddress, As Is Value, Amount Owed (refi only), Date of Purchase (refi only), Annual Insurance, Annual Taxes, HOA Fees (if any), Monthly Rental Income (per unit) if not rented, we can use the market rent -10%Hope this helps.

Hello, I served a tenant an NTQ in August on the grounds of lease expiration and personal use (Im in CT)They were current on their rent all the time, however, they have stopped paying since they received the NTQ (2 months worth of rent) and have gotten very hostile Should I disable the rent payment system (apartments.com) or leave it open?

The tenants were in place when I purchased the place but their lease expired about 6 months after I purchased it.
