So if it is a 5 month lease you either need  to get the current landlord to negotiate with the tenant to terminate early, or you need to wait to close until closer to their lease expiration.

I think this actually has the greatest likelihood of pushing growth as those benefits are set to expire in 2022 and companies contemplating a move to Texas would have to expedite their timelines to qualify for those tax benefits.
