Can I move in after 60 days
I want to purchase a house with an owner occupancy loan. But the current leases are over 5 months, well over the rule of 60 days a lender gives you to move in. Can I still get the loan on an owner occupancy with intentions of moving in when the lease is up? Let me know what you think. Thank you
