Exciting times!

As a former Law Enforcement Officer im very ambitious and motivated and very excited about this challenge, always wanted to get into real estate investing.

Some of us feel very strongly about specific items and would be happy to travel to the meeting, but if we request an agenda the "right" way - via the certified letter, the moment is arrives, it's useless, the meeting would be already over, given that the requirement to post an agenda is 48 hours in advance.

He told me that he travels to and from the property just to mow the lawn as a form of exercise and apparently wants to dictate the terms of the negotiation.

I love to travel and experience all of the amazing things life has to offer.

However, I have to say, Cuba will offer a very good opportunity for landlords, investors, construction companies and travel related industry, including the vacation rentals.

Currently looking for new friends and colleges as i go on this new exciting journey in investing!

Over the course of these 10 years, we'll be mainly investing in buy and hold properties but are also interested in doing 1 to 2 flips per year.I've been lurking on BP for the last several weeks and am excited to join the community as an active member.
