ok, this is a simple way to think about appreciation.Would you rather me give you 200 dollars a month for 20 years, or would you rather go buy 200 packs of MLB 2015 Baseball cards? 

I have designed (and am waiting for my business cards to arrive), I received my postcards for my direct mailing campaign and am sending (at least a 300 of them) out tomorrow.

I've read through all of the posts and have a  have a few of questions:  I've seen one custodian have fees greater than $100 to apply, load and pay an annual fee for a debit card?  

I leave a card and rarely hear back from them.

All of those gurus are out there, they give you hope that you will achieve your dream, and are very willing to take your credit card, check, first born, etc.
