In addition to joining local REI groups through meetups as suggested by @Michael Sato, you can search BP for local folks and network with them, ask for recommendations of attorneys, agents, contractors and etc.

However, there are areas that needs permits and we have hired a contractor who will be completing those areas along with the individuals he hires.

Can you have the seller pay your contractors ahead of time?

Mother in law a VP of a Title Company,  neighbor is a Broker,  I have plumbing and contractor connection, and a wife that has incredible insight for home interior! 

He works for a turn-key company that either has in-house or connections with a Title Company, General Contractors, CPAs, Property Management company and Loan Officers.Please message me if you'd like his contact info. 

Because this is our first deal, we want to line up home/HVAC inspections, and also have a contractor come through to help put together a reno estimate.
