@Chris B.The ATM fee refund is a great feature, I don't travel internationally much though.

Any knowledge on dominating industry in that area would be helpful as well.

For example, typically a potential tenant would have the opportunity to ask questions, and the agent can point out features of the home or neighborhood during a showing.

I use Trimble Sketchup Pro but there is a free version that has more than enough features to design a kitchen or a whole house even.I have a video tutorial on how to design a kitchen with Sketchup.

We use Appfolio as a property management software and there's a feature in that which gives us some nearby comps.

Through this webinar and the use of the Pro features on BP we have begun evaluating properties and have lined up several to view this weekend.  

Many condos also feature amenities that are maintained by your common charges.

I recently completed free trials for PropStream and Real Acquisitions, which are much more comprehensive than what I am using, and offer more features, like phone numbers and websites. 

@Nick Dunbar - I'd obviously give a biased opinion, but I have personally used Cozy as well and they have a strong rent collection feature but don't have any features around maintenance and tenant finding.
