I would love to get in contact to discuss some properties/advice since I'm very new at real estate and a young investor.

And the property manager we discussed working with gave us a rent expectation of $895/month.

Selling a big property here and a mistake can cost us over 1 million dollars.There are partners involved and LLC’s and trusts so we do need someone knowledgeable.We don’t know too many people in Florida so if someone knows very well the tax laws/IRS regulations, Please leave your phone no/email and I will gladly contact you so we can discuss details.

Obviously,  you also need to have a discussion with these tenants about the fact that you can't allow them to remain rent free for much longer, but that you're doing your best to get them some help.
