Hi - I started seeing bed bugs on the wall and ceiling in my living room a few weeks ago.

This will be a primary residence, 5 bed, 3100 sqft or so. 

Decreasing population could mean a spiral of death in small towns.

I have not seen any evidence of bed bugs.

For example, would it be better to have a 4 bed pool home in Indio over a 2 bed pool home in (north) Palm Springs?

Most people pay anywhere from $150-300 a month per horse for what is known as self-care or partial barn (this is not full service board which includes the horses food, bedding and the 2x daily labor which can be $450-600).

Your appraisal is going to based off of the properties that surround it, in regards to the amount of beds/baths/sq ft.

These are small 3 bed 1 bath homes.
