It's a bit of a process of getting something re zoned.

Just looking for someone who has experience with section 8 rentals to give me some guidance or even mentorship through the process 

This helped the rehab process go relatively smoothly... or so I thought.

Rates have dropped a bit and then went back up last week due to some junky CPI index data but will start to come back down based on upcoming market reports.

I'd be happy to provide any insights I can into the process and what to expect in the Chicago markets.

My plan is to buy a duplex or triplex that I can cashflow through rentals and add value then ultimately refinance and buy more (brrrr method).As of right now I am working through the process of deciding on which market I want to invest in.

or, a property that is currently in the foreclosure process?

Knowing the process is what I found I was lacking.  

An RV park listing came across my desk yesterday, and I’m curious about the underwriting process for such an investment.

What is the process to do this...anyone had success?
