financing a foreclosure property
does anyone know if its possible to get a loan for foreclosed property? I had one lender tell me I need to get a construction loan first and renovate and then refinance that into a DSCR loan. I know construction loans have really high interest rates, around 11% , so is there any way around this?? thanks!
