Hanover ended up stealing well over $1 million by getting people to buy into her fake credentials.I still get calls from "gurus" trying to sell me their programs but now I ask for proof and it doesn't surprise me when I get the standard response that they can't disclose it because of "confidentiality".

I'm planning on doing the same this summer on a townhouse I got for a steal almost a year ago.

Think about it - "check was lost, don't want anybody to steal that money" ...US Postal Money Orders are the ones to accept ... and there's a post office in every zip code.

If so, you are getting a steal or in for massive headaches others don't want to touch.

They are only powerful because they cheat n steal from the rest of the world. 

I wouldn't separate the utilities but I would try to save some water cost by adding a hot water circulating pump to the hot water heater...that basically makes it so when they turn on the hot water it's instantly hot instead of having to wait a minute for it to get hot....another benefit of the hot water circulating pump is that it helps prevent pipes from freezing in the winter, turn off the outside spigot so people can't steal water, have a plumber go through the 4 plex and look for leaks and replace any toilet flaps...replace any toilets that are water hogs.
