Toothless people and slobs are not protected classes and it's legal to discriminate based on number of teeth, (although I wouldn't do it - I'm more concerned with the rent being paid).

That and we liked the "smaller town" feel of Loveland a bit better.The neighbors across the street back up onto the Olde Course and Cattail Creek course is right around the corner.I'm not concerned about the snow, or the cold.

but they have still been reluctant to let us get one.I have read online that under the Department of Housing and Urban Development that they have laws in place for people with "mental and physical disabilities" as far as renting is concerned.

In some ways they can be a lot worse.So, maybe the issues you are concerned about are the nature of the beast and you really need to sign up for the full effort or just avoid the ventures all together.No one can decide for you.

If they bring me contracts ready for me to sign, they get a higher percentage than if they give me a list of properties and simply pass LOIs and offers back and forth.As far as control is concerned, the birddog is responsible for bringing me the property, and that is it.
