We did buy it with an agent, but I am not really sure it was needed, as we navigated the process ourselves for the most part. 

I am particulalry concerned for those who spend hard earned money on courses and mentorship where they are taught to use credit card debt to fund the downpayments and/or improvements and the ease of funding deals when in actuality the only funding available is high interest alternative lenders.

How do you think this legal process will conclude?

Our last email from Alan confirmed our suspicions that we were getting jerked around by him admitting that it was his fault that the refund process was dragging on because he ‘knew what was in our best interest to do’ and that was for us to relaunch the program instead of giving us a refund.

Also, be weary of reading advice from others that are not familiar with Maine's multi-step eviction process. 

This was a great purchase due to perfect room setup allowing each tenant to have their own bathroom and the massive unfinished basement that I'm currently in the process of finishing to rent out as an ADU.

We have processes in place to free up alot of my time and automate so while I won't be stepping away completely I'll have time to pursue other things.

Start this process so that they know that is an option and available to them.
