Not that complex. 

In complex legal issues, sometimes if one detail is not mentioned or is stated one way when in fact the paperwork shows it another way, the outcome shifts. 

Without this kind of calculation, I really don't know how others are handling complex scenarios.

Hello everyone,I currently invest in multifamily apartment complexes and I love what I do.

So a 10 unit apartment complex would cost $59.00 per month.

Once they understand and get a system up an running so that they can handle more complex issues.  

I think I want to stay in the 2-4 unit complexes for the time being.  

This however, is a very complex and advanced subject and I'd STRONGLY advise you to not even think about touching other people's money until you've done multiple deals of your own and have put your own money on the line. 

In our apartment complex we have 3 Section 8 tenants we inherited from the previous owner. 

But I’ve also found that they see how complex and hard it can be first hand and then quit after their 1st flip, even if it made them money.
