Electrical was the worst of it (burn marks in the panel where it had been and still was arcing, bad splicing using cheap extension cords to power fans).

Simply I DO NOT have more money to burn knowing I have to pay tons to lawyer before they can do a " serious" job for me.I will definitely use those public services like what everyone was saying and definitely use my CC dispute service.

And no risk of doing this without a good amount of experience, because index funds like SPY track such a broad number of stocks.Compare that to investing in real estate where the home could flood, burn down, tenants can get injured, contractors can get injured, the neighborhood could become less desirable, etc etc etc.
