If you have one of the nicest place and one of the cheapest you shouldn't have a problem getting it sold faster then most.  

Also unless the system is backing up or otherwise failing discharging the gray water to the tank will not fill it up any faster as the gray water will leach out into the field (in the case of traditional septic) or be pumped to the mound (if it is a mound system).

I've run the numbers and this is the much better option:  paying off my student loans significantly faster from the capital gains from selling my properties vs keeping the properties and paying down the student loans much slower, thus resulting in significantly more interest "cost".

I think as you build the granny flats you look for cheaper and faster ways to build and improve the process.

You can just about replace a complete toilet these days faster than you can replace the guts.

There is no quick fix with raising private money, unless you have family members who are willing to bankroll you.

The bigger your LOC limit, the faster you can attack the mortgage.

It will eventually in the very foreseeable future become a greater problem when the deals come in faster than the new money to finance them.  

If not, what are you doing to make it sell faster? 

A larger unit would also allow me to save for another property much faster.
