For all the postcards, letters, "ringless voicemail", SMS spam and virtual assistants I get calling me, I think I've had ONE real honest person call asking if I was selling, and even though I wasn't,  I talked to him like a normal person and gave some advice about cold calling.

My property manager brought with them multiple contractors who they'd worked with over the years, receive and forwarded quotes and then assist in the decision making of materials, future development and the area to purchase.

I see how renting by the room really boosts the cash flow but that strategy has it's pros and cons.

You are running a business not a shelter or an assisted living facility, and you are not a social worker.

Check with your states consumer protection dept to see if they can assist or if there is fund that covers it.

This will also save you from an inquiry as well and give you a nice boost in points and give you higher starter credit limits which can be really helpful when applying for credit cards.
