I'm trying to discern how the REACT (reverse engineered) version of the ACTs program (I'm familiar with LeGrand's repackaging of ACTS, as well as Joe Crumps and others "cooperative" LO approaches, which all appear to be, quite similar) differs, and how one is able to find (85%) "cash buyers" for these homes... which sounds more like what Home Partners is doing (i.e. buying, then LOing them out) vs. say the LeGrand and Ianotti's, ACTS program?

Be sure it is the latest version, 2015.  

It needs significant work (so a full 203k is needed, not the stremline version) and updates, but even after that, the cost would be less than comps.After reading other questions and answers on BP, I still have other questions.

I have heard many members say they left their version of a "day job" because they were losing deals, it was costing them money, and they could no longer juggle the two.

Have an attorney prepare a contract for you that closely resembles the board approved version (again for deals with an agent involved they will still insist on using the approved forms)3.

I didn't use the old version very much, but the new version is slick.

I'm not sure if it's the most updated version.

Make sure you purchase the most recent version so that you have more current tax changes.
