I know I could go drive around and write addresses down, but I will only have 2 days a week/ 3 hours at a time to do this, with my busy life style I think batch will probably be best because it already has everything integrated into their system.3rd. when using services what works best?

If they come off aggressive or not well intentioned/motivated when you address the issue, then drop the facts on them (eviction on record/no place to live/court) if they are positive and motivated then work with them and put your hard working self in their shoes and show empathy.

Some counties are easier than others, but I've learned to use an over abundance of caution on the front end as not all properties are recorded equally.What I generally ask clients to do for me by way of homework is to send me a handful of addresses (3 or so) per County of buildings you KNOW are the right type, just the sort you're looking for.
