The seller does have a title agency that is taking care of the purchase agreement and title search process.I was wondering if there are any real estate lawyers/title or abstract companies that could help draft up new leases/rules and regulations for the tenants we will be acquiring? 

I spend hours house hunting, going to open houses, looking at comps, and demos just for fun -- so I think naturally becoming a Realtor would be in the best interest for me?

They are going off the tax forms (T1 and T776).

for me its usually depending upon the situation.......u kinda got to feel them out and see if theres an underlying issue at hand....but yea never more than 3 business days......but you can tell whos stalling.

There is likly local board forms that have been proven in hundreds of sImIlar transactions.

@Alexandra Lowry Thanks for your response and putting in perspective for me, we are for sure going to use the VA loan overall.

I mentioned these 3 as I have not decided which is best for me yet.
