If you bring a camera you can save a ton of time by taking pictures of the documents and sorting through them later and inputting the data onto a spreadsheet. 

Hello Fellow members,I received a letter from SBA requesting to update and sign/submit a resolution and certificate as I had taken a non secured loan EIDL loan of ~12K.

So word came back from the title company Friday that they needed to get to probate documents from the courthouse.

I passed on first attempt too.With that, I submitted my paperwork to retire from the Air Force after 21 yearsI will be a full time MLO starting in April of 2022 with Citizens Financial in Vacaville, CA.

Again, they need documentation / supporting evidence. 

After we submitted our offer the seller told our agent about extra expenses that he currently pays that we weren't aware of.

While I agree that draws can be a hassle as you have to submit, have inspection and then wait for the draw, you should have been told this verbally and in writing with the loan docs you signed.

I would suggest reviewing the Condo Documents and see what parts of the building are your responsibility and what should be the Associations. 

I would be most interested to hear about:- How rigorous of a task the document submission process/review was to secure your loan and your experience with the process.- The turnaround time for your loan.- Best practices that you found enabled your loan process to run smoother and efficiently.I would also invite those to comment who had applied for the loan, and perhaps used a commercial loan in the end to close the deal.Thanks!
