However, the American Bar Association encourages their use, and according to the Oregon Bar Association, "Prepaid legal plans have been endorsed by the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG), a savvy group with no interest other than equal justice for all.

@Loren Whitney I don't know of any local, regional, or national banks that offer non-recourse financing for IRA's.

I say that you and your husband should be on the look out for areas that are just starting to get some nearby commercial development, particularly if some major national stores are moving in.

Was hoping someone already had the info on a national level. 

I don't know the exact paperwork requirements in your state, but go online and get the Articles of Organization form - http://www.sos.mo.gov/business/corporations/forms.aspCall and confirm what are the required filing fees and if any other paperwork is needed for filing (e.g., cover letter, etc.)
