How this would apply to you is you would know what the landlord intended to charge you for.I guess this is not nation-wide, but the standard in CA is paint should last 3 years.

Check out your local Credit unions or local banks... not the national ones, just the ones in your state or city... they often have money to lend, lots of it, and not many people to lend it to...Hope that helps!

I have a question for all the BP experts.I am fully aware (and abide by) all owner occupant requirements when dealing with any type of government owned/marketed homes (HUD, Homepath, etc).However - I ran across a new listing today that is simply bank owned (national lender) in which they are forcing a 14-day owner occupant only period.
