Does anyone have any suggestions for apps or software that make tax preparation easier(i.e. - receipt logs, etc.)? 

I need a software or excel format for a quad that me and a partner are going to buy. 

Don't tell appfolio though... their software doesn't work this way... at least it didn't when I was evaluating it.

I'm looking to find comps for wholesaling deals, the thing is how do I go about that, I have heard of several software like "Property Farm" that's very useful and better than "Zillow" and the others but the thing is I am not willing to pay a fortune for this software....I know that it's not free so does anyone know where I can look for a similar software that's cheaper....and has anyone ever used Property Farm and does it work?

I'm not sure if you knew this David, but there's a software called LiveRez.  

I have done a little bit of research and it sounds like Yardi is the best, albeit pricey, property management software available.
