Or if your job transfers you to another location (100 miles away or so)...then yeah, you need a new loan for a new home.

Therefore, you will not have to secure any cash, worry about more expensive equipment being damaged or stolen and all money is transferred electronically to your account.

@Lindsey Leavitt Few comments.Insurance is the transfer of risk to the insurance carrier in exchange for your $. 

I already have Lexington Law and have written many letters , Wells Fargo even wrote an somewhat admittance of guilt letter but will not fully admit the correlation between them closing my account temporarily and me not being able to transfer funds to other accounts to make payments . 

It's not hard (but is extra work as I end up producing a unique letter per offer) to temporarily transfer balances around to produce a proof of funds letter close to the asking price, but I'm looking to streamline where I can.

Lastly and I don't know this to be fact but apparently holding the properties in an entity allows one to avoid property transfer taxes by selling the entity vs selling the real estate.
