It also has a detached garage that I'm going make into a third unit on the property.I'm going to removed a couple small, ugly trees from the yard and de-clutter a lot of the house, as well as paint the interior and lay down vinyl flooring instead of the ugly carpet/laminate that's down now.

@Simon Obas at first glance interior it looks fine although when I review with my $850k eye the fit and finishes are not there.

I want to lease places I am proud of, so full interior repaints are fairly common (and I don't do the "landlord special" meme version).
