I just happened to uber score with the one I found being across the street from my house and by far the worst house in the neighborhood.

The lead inspector found nothing inside the home, but once he got to the exterior he found two window cells that supposedly had traces of lead paint.

After my inspection, I learned that there is significant damage with the roof, the chimney is in disrepair, the furnace and water heater are just at their life expectancy, and their were rodent droppings found in the upper unit furnace (inspector is guessing it is from the attic).
